Alyssa Dixon from the Gila River Indian Community owner of Alyssa's Kosin (Kitchen) will be sharing her journey as an Indigeneous small business owner, chef and her working with traditional foods from the local community she will be sharing how we can continue to utilize the value of our traditional foods.
