The Sun Devil Fitness Complex at the Polytechnic campus is hosting our 2nd annual AAPI Festival! This year's festival will be on the SDFC- Poly Soccer fields on April 20th from 6-9 pm. We hope that participants learn more about Asian American and Pacific Islander traditions and culture as a whole. Our goal is to inform and entertain all who participate and attend the event. For those who are Asian American or Pacific Islander, we want them to be reminded of home and feel welcomed. This event is beneficial to ASU students because they get to engage with each other while learning new information about their own culture and others they didn't know about previously. We plan on showcasing the different cultures within AAPI through foods, arts and crafts activities, Polynesian performances, a mini museum, and a water lantern ceremony on the pool! We invite all participants to bring their friends and experience the unique cultures within AAPI!
The first 200 people to RSVP for this event will receive food /drink tickets upon arrival!
