About the Student Center @ the Post Office

Vision of a Community

When the Downtown Phoenix campus was established in 2006, students had a vision for a place to gather and get involved. That became a reality in 2012 when the Associated Students of ASU worked with the student body to develop a facility fee that would aid in the creation and renovation of student facilities across all four of ASU‘s campuses. Through this funding, the Downtown Phoenix campus saw the renovation and creation of the Sun Devil Fitness Complex along with the renovation and development of the Student Center @ the Post Office.

The Student Center @ the Post Office opened its doors in January of 2013 creating a space for students to collaborate, foster new ideas, and get involved on campus all under one roof. Because of its design, the Student Center @ the Post Office continues to grow and develop to meet the needs of the ASU community and beyond.
