Supreme Courts of Associated Students of ASU
The ASASU Supreme Court will be on recess for Spring Break, March 7-15, and have the Clerk defer all court submissions until 8 a.m. on March 16 for official Court consideration. Submissions will continue to be accepted by the Clerk during this time, and the Court will resume its proceedings on March 16.
All ASASU appeals are heard by the Undergraduate Supreme Court. Appeals may be filed against any member of ASASU at any time. For election purposes, an appeal is typically filed when an individual disagrees with a decision made by the Elections Department. An appeal allows an individual to plead their case to the respective appellant body.
