Project Description
The Vista Del Sol Residential Community provides a unique, on-campus living experience to 1,850 upper class students at ASU’s Tempe Campus. The facility boasts private and shared accommodations in apartment-style units with individual kitchens. At the center of the ten building community is a 23,000 square foot community center with a fitness center, social lounge, game room and movie theater. Additional amenities include a swimming pool with an expansive sundeck, outdoor lounge area, and basketball and sand volleyball courts.
