Built in 1976, Manzanita Hall is home to the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences residential community. In continuous use for more than 40 years, the iconic Manzy Hall received a comprehensive interior and exterior restoration, reducing bed space from 1,000 to 816, but giving way for shared student lounge spaces, study rooms and kitchen areas.
