Main Body

Project Description

Built in 1976, Manzanita Hall is home to the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences residential community. In continuous use for more than 40 years, the iconic Manzy Hall received a comprehensive interior and exterior restoration, reducing bed space from 1,000 to 816, but giving way for shared student lounge spaces, study rooms and kitchen areas.
