ASU Health Services

Project Description

The ASU Health Services building offers primary care and women’s health services in addition to wellness amenities such as massage and acupuncture. Public spaces at the facility include semi-private indoor and outdoor waiting areas, which double as quiet places for students.

Nearly 14,500 square feet of the building constructed in 1968 was fully renovated using highly sustainable practices to add approximately 20,000 square feet of renovated space for acute care services, allowing more patients to be seen per day and decreasing wait times.

The project was certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum, the council’s highest designation.
