Project Description
Located in the heart of downtown Phoenix, Gordon Commons is ASU’s premier residential community and gives residents the opportunity to experience urban life. At 363,186 square-feet, it houses about 1,250 freshmen and continuing students in two towers, each 12 stories above the common first floor.
The first floor of the complex includes a dining facility, retail stores, outdoor patio garden, UPS store and University Housing offices. Each floor has a laundry facility, small meeting room, vending area, atrium lounge and screened porch areas. Additionally, Gordon Commons residents can enjoy a private terrace and a 4,000 square-foot shade garden with seating and a water feature.
