Data Report Consumers

EOSS and the rest of ASU centralize reports in several places across the university

Data Analysis Producers

  • Staff who are producing analytics reports should request an Amazon BI Desktop. The BI Desktop is where analysts will have access to tools that help them build dashboards, run SQL queries, and build automated reports. This knowledge article will provide you with the information necessary to get started within analytics.
  • Staff who are producing data analytics reports will oftentimes need access to the data warehouse, if they are using institutional data. To request access to the data warehouse, please revisit this link
  • Analytics and data specialists, or those broadly interested in data analytics, should ensure they have taken FERPA and then request access to rWUG, the Reporting and Warehouse User Group
