Changes to personal information is important to ensure ASU has the most up to date information with its employees.
Direct Deposit
Strongly recommended that employees sign up for (or update) Direct Deposit. Go to My ASU > My Employment > Payroll > Direct Deposit and follow instructions to set up your direct deposit information.
*Note, Entries will not be available during Payroll Confirmation. If immediate adjustment is required please contact your EOSS HR representative.
Profile Information Change
To change or update your personal information go through My ASU, go to the Profile tab on top of the page. Information available to update are but not limited to: Contact Information, Emergency Communication, Account Details, and Guest Permissions.
Name Change
Complete the application for a name change and Schedule an in-person appointment to submit the application with documentation
