Regular faculty and academic professionals have the option of being paid over 9 or 12 months once they have completed their first year of appointment. If an employee chooses to change their election for the upcoming academic year, then they will need to complete the Pay Option Change form and fax it to Data Management no later than April 30. NOTE: Employees who are paid from grant awards or sponsored programs must be paid over 9 months.
Strongly recommended that employees sign up for (or update) their direct deposit online through My ASU. In My ASU, go to the Employee Info tab > My Employment > Payroll > Direct Deposit.
Directory name change – If an employee would like to change the way their name is displayed in the Directory, then they can do so by contacting the helpdesk at 855-278-5080.
Legal name change – If an employee’s legal name has changed, they will need to follow the name change instructions and complete the Application for Name Change and a new I-9 form. Both, along with supporting documentation, need to be taken in person to the Office of Human Resources
