The Memorial Union (MU) serves as the primary meeting center on the campus of Arizona State University for registered student organizations, campus departments, and, at limited times of the year, organizations and businesses from the larger community. The MU is an ideal setting for meetings, conferences, or special events due to its central location, 25+ meeting rooms, event amenities, and catering services.
Whether you are planning a small meeting or a large conference we are excited to host your event at the ASU Memorial Union. Our event coordinators are prepared to work with you and assist you in scheduling an appropriate space that's perfect for the kind of event or meeting you are planning. Many of our rooms have flexible set-ups that can include round tables, theater, info fair or other styles to best suit your needs while ensuring the best utilization of the facility. In addition to meeting rooms, Event and Meeting Services schedules dedicated portions of Cady, Orange, and Tyler Malls, Palm Walk, Student Services Lawn, and Sparky’s Den. Our office is open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., with amended hours during school breaks. Because our facilities are in high demand, please contact us as soon as possible to check space and equipment availability.
