Fashion Design: Introductory/ Intermediate

School of Art Summer Camp- Concept, design, pattern and construct your own tote bag, complete with an interior zipper pocket and personalized leather charm! In this five-day camp, you’ll learn the fundamentals of fashion design—including ideation, research, moodboard creation, sketching, patterning and construction—while using the industrial sewing machines in the brand-new Fusion on First fashion studios. Add functionality through a zipper workshop and learn to work with other materials in our leathercraft workshop! Students will take home their creation, a one-of-a-kind, personalized tote that can be carried with them throughout their career. Students in this section will collaborate with their peers in the Intermediate/Advanced section.
