ASU Performing Arts Camp

Join us for the First Annual ASU Performing Arts Camp! This week-long camp for high school students (grades 9-12) and college transfers will give attendees a peek into life as a major in the performing arts. * Creative and collaborative opportunities * Exploration of career options in music, dance and theatre * Tips for completing the college application process * Performances by music, dance and theatre students and faculty * Classes in performing arts fundamentals. All campers will participate in the morning fundamentals classes then select electives classes of their choice. Elective classes will allow campers to delve more deeply into their specific interests. Each attendee will choose three elective classes (one 4-day and two 2-day classes). Two-day electives will be held from 11 - 11:50 a.m. and four-day electives will take place from 1 - 1:50 p.m.. Overnight registration is available and includes meals and lodging. Limited partial-tuition scholarships are available. Additional sessions are offered to assist parents and teachers (Skills Preparation, Student Success at ASU, What I Wish I Knew: The Student Perspective, Life After Graduation).
