How to report
As Sun Devils, we look out for ourselves, each other and our community. Faculty, staff, and students are expected to report any known or suspected instances of hazing to ensure a safe campus community. To report an incident, call or visit a Dean of Students office or visit the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities. Additionally, you may fill out and submit an incident report to the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities. Incident reports are accepted from students, faculty, staff, or other persons who believe that a student or a student organization may have violated the ABOR Student Code of Conduct. Please include as much detail as possible so the incident can be thoroughly investigated.
Call 911 if you or someone else is in danger.
Anonymous reporting
Hazing incidents can be reported anonymously through the ASU Hotline. Please note this is not an emergency line or a 911 line. Emergencies should be reported directly to 911, ASU or the local police. Reports received through the hotline will be sent to the appropriate office for investigation and follow-up. Please note that anonymous reporting may limit the ability to investigate.
