The community will serve as home to more than 950 residents with mostly two-person shared bedroom accommodations and well-apportioned, community-style bathrooms on each residential floor. In response to the diverse sizes and types of Greek chapters at ASU, there will be five different chapter facility floor plans ranging in size to serve between 19 and 41 student residents.

Most houses are four stories tall, each with a ground floor that features a large open chapter area, a house kitchen, a chapter parlor room and a ground-floor private-bedroom, private-bathroom accommodation for a chapter officer. The upper residential floors feature predominantly shared bedrooms and a community-style bathroom.

Each house plan features a large front patio and an enclosed backyard space. Chapter Facilities A, B, C and D feature an open-air covered patio and attached trellised sun deck on the second floor that overlooks the courtyards.

Students can customize the details of their chapter house — from its size and location within the community to an extensive selection of unique features.

Chapter Facility A

At 11,200 square feet, Chapter Facility A is among the larger house floor plans available within the community. There are three Facility A plans, each located near the mid-point of the three sides of the community. Facility A is a four-story house with accommodations for 41 residents, a large chapter room (1,300 square feet) and parlor, and extensive kitchen facilities suitable for hosting large gatherings.

The first floor features a large open chapter area with furniture storage, a house kitchen (designed with multiple cooking areas), a chapter parlor room, and a ground-floor private-bedroom, private-bathroom accommodation for a chapter officer or house manager. A welcoming front patio with access from the chapter room via sliding glass doors and an enclosed back patio also provide gathering spaces.

An interior stairwell leads to the residential floors within the house, while ADA elevator access and emergency egress is accessed via a secure, card-controlled vertical core between every two houses.

The second floor is accessible by the U-shaped stairwell or by an elevator in the adjacent building (not shown). It includes a floor lounge area that connects to an open-air covered patio and attached trellised sun deck with a 44-inch tall barrier. The second floor includes six shared bedrooms (12 residents) and a community-style bathroom, as well as a separate individual bathroom. A washer and dryer are included in a compartment along the hallway.

The third floor is accessible by the U-shaped stairwell or by an elevator in the adjacent building (not shown). It is a residential floor with eight shared bedrooms (16 residents) and a community-style bathroom. A washer and dryer are included in a compartment along the hallway.

The fourth floor is accessible by the U-shaped stairwell or by an elevator in the adjacent building (not shown). It is a residential floor with six shared bedrooms (12 residents) and a community-style bathroom. A washer and dryer are included in a compartment along the hallway, along with a storage closet.

Chapter Facility B

The most common plan available, Chapter Facility B features 13 spaces. The four-story plan provides 10,500 square feet of residential space with accommodations for 39 residents, a large chapter room (1,300 square feet) and parlor, and extensive kitchen facilities suitable for hosting large gatherings.

The first floor features a large open chapter area with furniture storage, a house kitchen (designed with multiple cooking areas), a chapter parlor room, and a ground-floor private-bedroom, private-bathroom accommodation for a chapter officer or house manager. A large front patio with access from the chapter room, including a series of double doors via sliding glass doors, and an enclosed back patio also provide gathering spaces.

The third floor is accessible by the U-shaped stairwell or by an elevator that serves this and the adjacent building. It is a residential floor with seven shared bedrooms (14 residents) and a community-style bathroom. A washer and dryer are included in a compartment along the hallway.

The fourth floor is accessible by the U-shaped stairwell or by an elevator that serves this and the adjacent building. It is a residential floor with seven shared bedrooms (14 residents) and a community-style bathroom. A washer and dryer are included in a compartment along the hallway.

Chapter Facility C

A mid-sized house floor plan, Chapter Facility C boasts 9,600 square feet of residential space. There are seven Facility C plans available within the community. Facility C is a four-story house with accommodations for 33 residents, a large chapter room and parlor, and an open kitchen floor plan for hosting gatherings.

The first floor features a large open chapter area with furniture storage, a house kitchen (designed with multiple cooking areas), a chapter parlor room, and a ground-floor private-bedroom, private-bathroom accommodation for a chapter officer or house manager. Facility C features an entry door and sliding glass door from the chapter room onto a large front patio. A back patio also provides gathering space.

Chapter Facility D

At 7,811 square feet, Chapter Facility D is one of two smaller house floor plans available within the community. There are two Facility D plans, both centrally located within the community. Facility D is a cozy four-story house with accommodations for 26 residents, a chapter room and parlor, and kitchen facilities suitable for entertaining guests.

The first floor features an elongated open chapter area with furniture storage, a house kitchen, a comfortable chapter/parlor room, and a ground-floor private-bedroom, private-bathroom accommodation for a chapter officer or house manager. Facility D features a series of double doors from the chapter room that open onto a front patio suitable for hosting gatherings. It also has an enclosed back patio area.

Chapter Facility E

There are two Facility E plans available within the community. With 5,678 square feet, this facility is the most compact house floor plan and features accommodations for 19 residents. This three-story house includes a chapter room and parlor, and kitchen facilities suitable for entertaining guests.

The first floor features an elongated open chapter area with furniture storage, a house kitchen, a comfortable chapter/parlor room, and a ground-floor private-bedroom, private-bathroom accommodation for a chapter officer or house manager. Facility E features a front patio for entertaining guests. Access from the chapter room includes sliding glass doors. A back patio also provides gathering space.
