Free student tickets to all ASU athletic events are available via the official ASU mobile app. To claim your tickets: Download the app from the app store and sign into the app as an ASU Affiliate with your ASUrite ID and password. For Football and Men's Basketball you will claim a ticket for each game. For all other sports you will claim one season-long pass.
You will be asked to allow the app to access your ASU data. Tap “Allow”
Tap the navigation bar at the top left of the app, scroll down and tap the “Athletics” tab.
Wait for the app to populate your Username and Password, then Tap the “Ticketmaster Login” button.
If you have claimed a student ticket before, you will automatically be logged into the Ticketmaster system. If you are claiming a student ticket for the first time, you will be given a temporary password and then asked to create your own unique password.
After the app has authorized your account, tap “Login.” In a few moments you will be taken to the Ticketmaster mobile site. Go to the top left navigation bar and tap “Claim Tickets.”
See the listing for 2019-2020 student events and tap “View Items.”
Select your quantity of tickets. For athletic events you may select one (1) student ticket. If available for a particular game, you may also buy guest passes for an additional per ticket fee. You may also select one (1) ticket for other free student events, like the InfernoFest concert.
Tap the dropdown for delivery method for each ticket and select “Acct Manager.” Then tap “Checkout.
Check the terms and conditions box and then tap “Submit Order” to complete your transaction.
From the Order Summary page, tap “Account Home.”
When you are back at the Account Manager screen, your tickets will be displayed. Click on each ticket, one by one, and download it to the mobile wallet on your phone.
If for any reason you cannot use the official ASU mobile app you can claim your tickets at am.ticketmaster.com/asustudents, using your official ASU email and a password that you create. If you have not yet created a password, tap "reset password." Be sure to create a new secure password that you will remember.

Q: How do I get into the stadium and find my seat?
Starting 90 minutes prior to kick off, students may enter Sun Devil Stadium at the SOUTHEAST GATE. You will scan your mobile ticket to gain entry to the stadium.
Q: Who is eligible for a student ticket?
Currently enrolled ASU students taking one (1) or more credits and affiliated students who pay the Athletic Fee are eligible for student tickets at all Sun Devil athletic events. Non-fee paying students may purchase discounted tickets and sit in the student section.
Q: Do Maricopa Community College Students have the ability to purchase student section tickets?
Yes, Maricopa Community College students are eligible to purchase student tickets on a single game basis only. Tickets must be purchased in person on gameday at the Sun Devil Ticket Office at Wells Fargo Arena. A valid Maricopa Community College ID must be presented at the time of purchase. Tickets prices vary by event. One (1) ticket per student while seats remain.
Q: Can I transfer my ticket to another student?
No. Student tickets are non-transferable.
Q. How do I sit in the graduate student or students with families section?
Section 1, in the southwest corner of the stadium, has been designated the graduate student and students with families section. When claiming your ticket be sure to claim a ticket in section 1. If you need a guest pass please contact the ticket office at 480-727-0000 to make sure your seats are together.
Q. How can I take a guest with me to the game?
Guest passes may be purchased through your Sun Devil Ticket account for Football and Men’s Basketball. For all other sports passes can be purchased at the venue on game day. The guest must be accompanied by a student with valid ID to receive a ticket. There is a limit of one (1) guest pass per student for all sports. The cost of the guest pass varies per game and sport.
Q. Where is ADA seating?
ADA seating is available at the top the Inferno student section, overlooking the south end zone. No special ticket is needed to sit in this area.
Q: What are my rights and responsibilities as an ASU student season ticket holder?
All students are held to the Student Code of Conduct. Those who violate these codes will be subject to ejection and could face further sanctions.
