Black African Coalition

The Black African Coalition at Arizona State University dedicates itself to unifying students of African descent (hereby known as ASU Black, African, and Caribbean students) toward the following common goals and objectives for this community: supporting our recruitment, retention, and graduation, increase visibility as a campus presence through the support of social programming and Black Student Unions on each campus and through the activities and participation of Black, African, and Caribbean campus organization, and advocate for the be a voices of for all ASU Black, African, and Caribbean students and organizations.

National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ)

The Arizona State University chapter of the National Association of Black Journalists is dedicated to championing fairness and inclusivity in the media. Our mission is to empower Black journalists by fostering strong connections within our community and advocating for a more diverse range of perspectives among faculty and within the curriculum.

Black Medical Student Association (BMSA)

Founded in Fall 2014, BMSA is dedicated to supporting the academic and professional success of Black and African pre-medical and other pre-health students through networking opportunities, mentorship, and peer collaboration. BMSA empowers and equips its members to change the face of medicine and healthcare while fostering community, visibility, and advocacy for Black students within the health professions.
