A reading and conversation with prize-winning poet and memoirist, Brian Turner, to celebrate the launch of ISSUED, a magazine for veterans. Prize-winning veteran poets Vincent Cooper, Hugh Martin, and Tonya Suther will also be reading. The conversation with Mr. Turner will be moderated by Rosemarie Dombrowski.

He addresses three complex public matters: abortion, assisted reproductive technology, and end-of-life decisions.

In this lecture, Akeel Bilgrami will explore how the seemingly distant subject of the commons and of its regulation by law and norm, may turn on finding an alternative to such ‘logocentrism’.
