Are you a student interested in getting involved with the Sexual and Relationship Violence Program? From job opportunities to volunteer roles, there are a lot of involvement opportunities and we have a place for you!

All student involvement positions are intentionally developed to help you build skills that will be transferable to any career path.  If you are a staff or faculty member looking to volunteer with our program, email srvp@asu.edu to discuss volunteering options with a member of our team.

Currently, we do not have volunteer opportunities for alumni members or individuals outside of ASU. Speak with one of our community partners to learn more about volunteer opportunities across the state of Arizona.

Currently we are not hiring any professional staff team members.

Peer educators serve in a variety of capacities, including delivering presentations, assisting with our marketing and communications efforts, planning and implementing events and programs and leading community circles. When positions become available, they are posted on ASU’s Student Employment website. If you would like to be notified when positions are posted, please fill out our Job Interest Form.

We typically post our positions in April or May for the next academic year, but sometimes additional positions become available throughout the academic year. The positions are competitive and we typically hire students who have been involved in our programs in some capacity. Want to be a competitive applicant for our programs? Visit our Get Involved page to learn more about opportunities for engagement or reach out to srvp@asu.edu to speak to a team member about your interests.

The Sexual and Relationship Violence Program has partnered with the School of Social Work, Office of Gender-Based Violence to serve as a placement site for their Americorp internship program, called Survivor Link. AmeriCorps interns work in the capacity as peer educators to provide education, resources and support and serve minimum terms of 300 hours. Placement generally occurs at the beginning of the fall or spring semester. This is a highly competitive program with limited spots. If you are interested in being involved, reach out to Survivor Link staff.  Email megan.ferral@asu.edu to request and complete an initial interview form, then follow up to schedule an interview.
