Reservation Requests 

Fall 2023 Updates 

The Student Unions and Centers team is excited to share our updated reservation request system beginning in Fall 2023.  The Mazevo Requestor process will allow ASU Department and Registered Student Organization leaders to both submit new reservation requests and update existing reservations within our reservation system for the Polyethnic Student Union and reservable outdoor spaces.  

As we transition from our current process to this new system, please note the following timeline: 

Now - Friday, August 25, 2023: 
Continue to utilize our current Reservation Request Form for indoor and outdoor space reservations managed by our team.  

Saturday, August 26 - Monday, September 4, 2023: 
The reservation request system for the Polytechnic Student Union and affiliated outdoor spaces will be paused to allow time for any outstanding requests to be processed.  New requests will not be received during this timeframe. 

Beginning Tuesday, September 5, 2023: 
Our updated reservation request process will launch and will be accessible here:  

Mazevo User Account Request

In order to utilize the new reservation request system, a User Account will need to be requested. User Accounts can be requested starting on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 by visiting the following website:

As part of your User Account request, you will need to identify which organizations, departments, and/or spaces you will need access to request space on behalf of.  

ASU Departments and Staff Organizations: User Accounts can be requested by faculty/staff within a particular department or team who will need the ability to request space reservations within the Polytechnic Student Union and affiliated outdoor space.  

ASU Registered Student Organizations: User Accounts can be requested by the three (3) required and elected officers listed on Sun Devil Sync.  Advisors are not eligible to serve as requestors for student organizations, unless the organization is established as part of the Sun Devil Leadership Council (SDLC).  

Non- University Organizations Reservations

Organizations and individuals that would like to reserve space for a special event and are not affiliated with ASU, may email for inquiries. 

Additional Reservation Information

Arizona State University campus departments/offices and registered student organizations may book spaces one academic year in advance. Student organizations may book for the following academic year once registered with the Student Organization Office.  Non-University Organizations may book within 60 days of the event date or one year out during times of academic breaks.  Reservations for regularly scheduled credit courses will not be accepted.
