Advertising in the MU

Arizona State University academic units, departments, registered student organizations, and Off-Campus businesses are welcome to advertise events, programs or services in the Memorial Union. Soliciting, posting, and distributing is prohibited in the Memorial Union as outlined in the Student Services Manual.


The Memorial Union (MU) has three built-in banner stands that can be reserved by the University Academic or Administrative departments to promote their signature events. A banner request form must be submitted to the MU Event and Meeting Services Office at least two weeks in advance for the Directors review and approval. We have two methods of advertising in the MU through the Student Media Advertising Department. They are:

Submit any Advertising Request form to your ad representative or the Student Media offices located on the third floor of the Memorial Union, Tempe Campus or email it to Please call 480-965-9515 with any questions.
