Greek Sing

Greek Sing is a series of short performances that showcase the talent, innovation, passion and creativity of the fraternity and sorority members at ASU. Chapters assemble in their Greek Week teams to perform choreographed dances, act, and sing popular songs for six-eight minutes. All performances are focused around a central theme that is also used for Greek Week. In addition to the performances, Greek Sing is about raising money and awareness for the Valley of the Sun United Way. Each Greek Week team hosts fundraisers and seeks donations leading up to the performance. The ASU Fraternity & Sorority community believes strongly in the mission of the Valley of the Sun United Way and recognizes the importance in benefiting and supporting our local community. Greek Sing is the ASU Fraternity & Sorority community’s largest annual philanthropic event.

Since 1925, Valley of the Sun United Way has been uniting diverse partners and bringing together donors, business supporters, non-profits, government and faith-based communities to build a stronger Valley for us all. To accomplish this, United Way is keenly focused on achieving three Community Objectives:

  • Ensure Children and Youth Succeed
  • End Hunger and Homelessness
  • Increase the Financial Stability of Families and Individuals
