Student Academic Support

Academic success is our first priority, and we support your student’s academic goals from the first day of class through their last final exams. Regardless of degree program or class level, your student will always find resources tailored to help them succeed.

Academic Advisors

Your student's Academic Advisor should be their first point of contact for all major related questions. Students can schedule an appointment and contact their Advisor directly through their MyASU. Students can also take advantage of eAdvisor, a suite of online and interactive tools designed to provide personalized support for student success.

My ASU Parent Guest Access

My ASU Parent Guest Access is an online tool that allows students to share FERPA-protected information with parents and guests. Students have the choice to share some or all of their FERPA-protected information with parents and guests.

Online Tutoring

Online tutoring is live, free and available to all ASU students, including ASU Online degree students. Assistance with course concepts or writing is available in real-time with a peer tutor who has successfully completed classes in which the student is currently enrolled.
