On display from Aug. 19 to Dec. 13, this exhibit is open during regular library hours. ASU students, faculty and staff can access the library with your ASU ID. For visitors, please email [email protected] to schedule a visit.

"Fractured Logic" is an exploration of the spaces where certainty breaks down and new ways of seeing emerge. This exhibition delves into the tension between control and chaos, intention and intuition, revealing how moments of instability can lead to vibrant and dynamic compositions. Through my process, I break down traditional photography to reconstruct new visual languages where color becomes motion, form dissolves, and perception shifts.

This exhibition is not focused on a single theme but represents a cross-section of my ongoing artistic practice — a convergence of movement, light, and time. "Fractured Logic" invites viewers to engage with the pause between moments, revealing the subtle interplay of blur and clarity that exists in the moments between frames. It is a reframing of perception that encourages a deeper appreciation of the fluid, ever-changing nature of reality.

Jones/Arnie Zane Company remounts this timeless “landmark of 20th-century dance”, underscoring  its ongoing resonance with today and its ability to evoke a spirit of survival. Created during one of the most contentious and terrifying periods, the AIDS epidemic, Still/Here broke boundaries between the personal and the political and exemplified a form of dance theater that is uniquely American. In spite of its being at the center of the culture wars, or because of it, the highly formal multimedia work defined and ultimately transcended its era. In the intervening years, much has changed in the world. Though with another Pandemic behind us, wars raging, the planet failing, and technology rising, somehow the questions around mortality remain.

30 years after its premiere, the groundbreaking dance theater work Still/Here by Bill T. Jones returns! The Bill T.

Ticket purchase for this performance includes the show and an after party with complimentary food and drinks. Enter the code FAMILY in the UNLOCK box on the right-hand side on the TM ticketing page to access your $10 tickets.
