The Fall Welcome Speaker event is a signature event of ASU Welcome week!

Join us for ASU's signature Fall Welcome Speaker: An Evening with… Janelle Monáe!
Monday, August 14 Doors will open at 7:00 p.m., Speaker will begin at 8 p.m. followed by a health and wellness expo Live at Desert Financial Arena. Free for all ASU students, enter through the West, South and East doors of the arena using your Sun Devil Sync Event Pass (if never used before, just make sure you have a phone or your ASU ID)
Only clear bags and EMPTY clear water bottles will be permitted inside.

Attend a viewing experience at each of the valley campus locations:

Polytechnic: Beginning at 7pm, join us at the Cooley Ballrooms at the Polytechnic Student Union for an interactive livestream of the event and exciting wellness activities.
Downtown: Beginning at 7pm, join us at the Sun Devil Fitness Complex at Downtown for group wellness, nutrition and sports demos, followed by an interactive livestream of the event.
West: Beginning at 6pm, dinner will be served in the Sun Devil Fitness Complex at West, followed by wellness activities and an interactive livestream of the event
