This will be a time for those identifying as male to come together and take off the proverbial mask of masculinity and talk about what it really means to be a man. Come listen in in this safe zone where men can abandon their fears of judgment and become empowered.

Attend the 2nd annual Love Your Body event hosted by ASU Eating Disorder Awareness, with LPC and eating disorder specialist Sam Lample, who will discuss body image and eating disorders. Enjoy free food from Pita Jungle!
Body Positive Nutrition with Jenna Heller and Brienne Berg

Both women and men are bombarded every day with messages on weight loss and diets. It can be hard to sort through all the conflicting information, and it can make you wonder if your weight or diet is right for you. Attend this session with ASU Nutritionists to learn about what’s going on with diet culture, and how you can find an eating style that’s healthy for your body and mind.
Mind and Empowerment with ASU Counseling

Attend an open, supportive discussion focused on body image. Topics related to sociocultural appearance expectations, empowerment-based rebellion against social pressures and strategies for social change will be central to the conversation. Attendees will also have an opportunity to participate in fun, lively activities.

This event will be focusing on the healthy benefits and nutritional properties certain foods of a particular color have. There will be information on healthier options on campus, nutrition activities and healthy recipes. This year we are highlighting red, orange, green, purple and white color groups, focusing on the unique health benefits of these colored foods.
