USG West Funding

Student Organization funding is broken down into these categories:

General Funding - Provided at the beginning of each semester to assist student organizations with week-to-week expenses. General funding will be capped at $600 per semester.

Event Funding - Provided on a rolling basis throughout the year assist student organizations in creating safe, fun, and enriching events for the student body.

Funding Guidelines

Go to https://asu.campuslabs.com/engage/to submit all forms. In order for your club/organization to request any money, one member from your team had to have met with the club’s respective senator. If you need assistance with submitting a bill, contact your club’s senator.

Event Funding

When hosting an event that will have food you need to use Aramark (602-543-3663). More information regarding events can be found here. For Club Start Up Funds you will receive $750 per academic year to assist in starting up your club for the year. If you are purchasing shirts you must use Anton Sports, the shirts must be under $7.50. If they are not you need to meet with the Office of Student Engagement and get a letter of recommendation from your Advisor about why these shirts.

All Event Bills must be sponsored by a senator, be sure to email them to find a sponsor. A sponsor is someone who helps you with the paper work, and can help speak on your bill to other senators. You must save to your computer to edit, otherwise your edits may not print.
