Funding

All Event Bills must be sponsored by a senator, be sure to email them to find a sponsor. A sponsor is someone who helps you with the paper work, and can help speak on your bill to other senators. You must save to your computer to edit, otherwise your edits may not print.

For all items you are applying for funding you need to include an invoice, this is something showing the item you are purchasing with the total cost. Anything you are purchasing that will have any ASU logo you need to contact Sean Wiseman at sean.wiseman@asu.edu.

A bill face is required for all of the following funding bills
• Event Funding
• Professional Development
• Club Start Up Funds

Bills MUST be printed single sided; if the bill is turned in double sided will end up with at minimum with the one stipulation to reprint

Any letters from the Club advisor must include the date and must talk about the individual student. Generic Letters will not be accepted.

As part of receiving funding from USGW you will need to place our logo on your fliers and material. All events and club meetings/events need to be posted on Sundevil Counts on the bottom of the page click register new event. If you plan to have catering at your event you will need to order with Aramark and fill out a BMF.

When hosting an event that will have food you need to use Aramark (602-543-3663). More information regarding events can be found here. For Club Start Up Funds you will receive $750 per academic year to assist in starting up your club for the year. If you are purchasing shirts you must use Anton Sports, the shirts must be under $7.50. If they are not you need to meet with the Office of Student Engagement and get a letter of recommendation from your Advisor about why these shirts.
