Five Student Support Services (SSS) programs serve over 900 ASU students across all four campuses. Our SSS programs strive to increase retention and graduation rates for students by providing services, opportunities and resources that enhance personal skills and academic excellence. Services include individualized tutoring, assessment of individual learning styles, educational workshops, financial literacy and preparation for graduate school and future careers.
Two of our SSS Programs serve specific populations. The SSS STEM Program is exclusively for undergraduate students at the West campus majoring in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. The TRIO Disability Student Support Services program on the Tempe campus promotes the academic and personal growth of students with disabilities. Students must be receiving services from the Disability Resource Center (DRC) in order to participate in the TRIO DRC SSS Program.
