Camp Broadway® Mainstage is designed for theater-loving kids, ages 10-17, to develop their confidence, character and presentation skills through ensemble performance. The School of Arts, Media and Engineering annually hosts a summer program for students ages 12 to 18, featuring 5-day, project-focused workshops. Students work directly with faculty and graduate students who are experts in their field. Open to students of all levels of experience, we offer a variety of interdisciplinary classes infused with ideas and practices from the arts, music, digital media, computer science, technology and engineering. Future makers, artists, designers, engineers, and entrepreneurs will learn skills valuable for the technology-infused, fast-paced 21st century.

Board your airships and jettison the ballast! Join in the fight to save a dystopian realm and create beautiful and imaginative kinetic sculptures that tell your hero’s tale. Immerse yourself in a world of gears, gadgets, and gizmos as you explore the exciting world of steampunk. In this immersive week-long camp, participants in grades 8 - 12 will be introduced to the engineering design process while they learn and use basic science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) concepts to construct their own steampunk-themed automata.

The RISE Summer Leadership Institute is a residential career and college readiness program for students entering their junior or senior year in Fall 2025. The program focuses on leadership, college preparation, career exploration, and community engagement. Students will participate in workshops and interactive sessions featuring professionals and educators whose work reflects the history, achievements, and contributions of Black and African American leaders.

César E. Chávez Leadership Institute

A summer residential program at Arizona State University that focuses on college readiness, leadership and high- energy engagement. Our summer program is open to students entering their junior or senior year in Fall 2025. Chosen students will participate in workshops and activities designed to explore areas of study/major/knowledge, foster leadership development and encourage community engagement all within a collaborative and supportive peer environment.

Barrett Summer Scholars at the ASU West Valley campus in Glendale is a week-long residential 2024 summer enrichment program designed for academically talented and motivated students entering 11th grade beginning in Fall 2024.  Participants engage in an honors course and an elective taught by university faculty to prepare them for enrollment and success at Arizona State University and Barrett, the Honors College.
