Are you an Arizona high school student interested in learning more about engineers and how they impact our world and society? The National Summer Transportation Institute will engage you in projects and field trips that demonstrate how engineers plan and maintain our systems of transportation around the state of Arizona. As an NSTI participant, you will live on campus for one week while interacting with ASU engineering faculty and students, engaging in transportation-related field trips, and completing a project related to maintaining safe, sustainable, and efficient transit.

INSPIRE is a no-cost, week-long, college readiness program for American Indian high school students from Tribal Nations in Arizona. During the week, students develop academic and personal success behaviors through culturally-relevant, project-based learning while connecting with ASU American Indian students, staff and faculty.

RISE Summer Leadership Institute is a residential college readiness and leadership development program for students who will be in 9th-12th grade in Fall 2023. RISE celebrates and continues the legacy of Black and African American Sun Devils at Arizona State University. The institute gives students the tools to continue as leaders in their schools and communities.

Through this immersive program, high school students receive a deep dive into the programs offered at three of ASU’s Phoenix-area campuses – ASU West, ASU Downtown, and ASU Polytechnic. 

A high-energy college readiness and leadership program at Arizona State University for rising juniors and seniors from Arizona. For one week, selected students explore higher education, leadership development, and community engagement- all within a collaborative peer environment.
