Located in the center of student life at ASU Tempe, the Student Pavilion, is an event venue for guest lectures, musicals, comedic performances and student productions. The Student Pavilion was designed as a Net Zero Energy building and delivers green qualities including renewable energy, energy-efficiency and Zero Waste. As an ideal setting for meetings, conferences, or special events, The Student Pavilion gives ASU students the opportunity to organize and attend events ranging from guest lectures, musicals, comedic performances, and student productions.

The Student Pavilion may only be reserved by officers of a currently registered student organization and the primary audience of all events held in the Student Pavilion shall be ASU students or a combination of current ASU students and current students at other higher education institutions.

Student organizations are encouraged to make use of the Senita Ballroom, a multi-use event space with auditorium-style seating for up to 1,100 guests. The Senita Ballroom can accommodate a variety of setups including round tables, theater, information fairs. Student organizations may work with an Event Coordinator in the Meeting and Event Services (EMS) Office to identify a specific setup style that meets your needs while ensuring the best utilization of the facility. The office is open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with amended hours during academic breaks. Because our facilities are in high demand, please contact us as soon as possible to check space and equipment availability.
