Join Sun Devil MVP, Devils in the Bedroom and El Concilio for a dialogue about the unique experiences of LGBT and Latin X students.

Sun Devil Support Network (SDSN) Training

Location: Tempe, Sun Devil Fitness Complex, Well Devil Suite
Date: Oct. 5, 9 a.m.-2 p.m
SDSN is a leadership training for students interested in expanding their knowledge on supporting victims and survivors of sexual and relationship violence. After receiving training, students have the option of joining a community of "advisors" who are equipped to provide education and resources on campus as well as contribute to changing the culture of violence in society. SnackChat: Relationship violence and safety planning

Location: Tempe, Sun Devil Fitness Complex, Discovery Center

Something about a friend’s relationship doesn’t feel right? Not sure how to start the conversation? Join us as we explore resources for peers experiencing relationship violence, and the words we can use to share our concerns. We’ll also be making shirts for the Clothesline Project so stick around to share a supportive message for a survivor.

Squad Yoga

Location: Downtown, Civic Space Park
Date: Oct. 18, 5-7 p.m.
Explore fun, beginner-friendly partner yoga focusing on communicating openly with your partner. Bring a friend (of similar height) or find a partner at the event!

Wear Purple Day Sticker Pick-Up

Location: Polytechnic, Backus Mall
Date: Oct. 22, 11 a.m.-1 p.m
Stop by the ASU Sexual and Relationship Violence Prevention table at Tabling Tuesday on the Polytechnic campus to pick up a Wear Purple Day sticker to wear on October 24, a national day of survivor support.

Wear Purple Day

Location: Tempe, Student Pavilion
Date: Oct. 24, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Wear Purple to raise awareness about relationship violence and to band together to support survivors of violence. ASU will provide "Sun Devils Band Together Against Domestic Violence" stickers for students, faculty and staff. To request stickers, email consent@asu.edu.

Breaking the Silence around Violence

Location: Tempe, Memorial Union, Room 242
Date: Oct. 28, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
Violence thrives in silence and each member of the ASU community can take action to prevent violence, cultivating a thriving community at ASU. Join the ASU Sexual and Relationship Violence Prevention Program and Committee for Campus Inclusion for a lunch and learn discussing the various actions and strategies faculty and staff can take to contribute to a thriving ASU community.

The Clothesline Project

Location: Tempe, Sun Devil Fitness Complex, West Field

Paint a t-shirt for the Clothesline Project to raise awareness about sexual and domestic violence and show support for survivors. Visit the visual display of shirts designed by surivivors and individuals impacted by sexual and relationship violence.
