Global Guide Program
Global Guides are peer mentors who will help you transition to ASU by answering your questions, taking you to events, and helping you get involved in the community!
The Global Guide you are matched with will be in regular communication with you and will invite you to variety of ASU events throughout the semester. Global Guides will help you integrate into the larger ASU community, which is very important during your first semester as a new ASU student.

New Student Orientations
International Arrival Form
All new undergraduate or graduate international students should complete this to indicate their arrival plans to ASU. After completing this document, you will receive a confirmation email about the free airport shuttle to campus between July 17 and Aug. 17, 2017. To book your reservation, you must provide the full address of your housing location on the day of arrival, in addition to all your flight information.
Graduate International Student Orientation
All new graduate international students are required to attend the International Student Orientation program on Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2017. Students will have the opportunity to meet ASU leadership, learn about campus resources and connect with other international students. Check-in begins at 9 a.m. in the Gammage Auditorium.
International Graduate Student Conference
All graduate international students are required to attend the International Graduate Student Conference program on Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2017 and Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2017. This conference will immediately follow the Graduate International Student Orientation. Students will have the opportunity to learn about US academic culture and expectations, professional development services, employment regulations, leadership opportunities and the chance to hear from ASU international alumni. Undergraduate International Student Orientation
All incoming undergraduate international students are required to attend the International Student Orientation program on Thursday, Aug. 10, 2017. Students will have the opportunity to meet ASU leadership, learn about campus resources and connect with other international students. College Meetings - Academic Foundations Program
All new undergraduate international students are required to attend the College Meetings on Friday, Aug. 11,, 2017. Students will have the opportunity to learn from and meet with staff and advisors from their specific College or School to learn about resources and programs that are available for students. Additionally, students will get the chance to meet and interact with students from similar majors in order to make connections. International Student Organizations
ASU has more than 800 student clubs and organizations. These groups are an excellent resource for new international students and provide many opportunities for social activities, community service and campus involvement.
