The process for joining a professional fraternity or sorority is varied by organization and takes place throughout the academic year.
Students interested in joining a professional fraternity or sorority are encouraged to research the history and values of the organization/s they are interested in, attend chapter hosted programs, events, and community service.
Interested students are also encouraged to attend interest meetings/informational sessions hosted by the chapter to learn more about the requirements and the process for joining as the process is unique to each organization.
At the beginning of each semester the Professional Fraternity Council (PFC) hosts a recruitment event for all of the members of the council. This event allows interested students to interact with fraternity and sorority members from all chapters to learn more about each organization in an informal setting.
