Interested in art, nature, and science? Grab your watercolors and lab coat as we examine specimens at the Life Sciences Collections at ASU. Learn about and take a closer look at animals, botanicals, shells, insects, and more under the microscope! As we explore, you’ll create watercolor paintings and drawings based on your visual research. Make it abstract or paint exactly what you see! This is your time to be creative and investigate a magical microscopic world you never knew existed.

Bring your vision to life through the exploration of ceramic hand building and surface design! In this camp, you’ll create imaginative ceramic forms and apply various surface design methods using underglaze, painting, and carving techniques. Students will learn about the full pottery process, and will be able to pick up and take home their fired pieces after the camp's conclusion.
