To me, promoting wellness and substance use awareness means creating a space where people feel understood and supported, not judged. It’s about having real conversations, sharing resources that actually help, and reminding people that taking care of their mental and physical health is something they deserve. Awareness is very powerful, when people feel safe asking questions and reaching out, they’re more likely to get the help and support they need.
