Graduation Group
This 90-minute process group supports students who are in their final year of their program and have had an increase in anxiety or depression symptoms due to their upcoming life change through graduation.

Growing Through Relationships (Graduate Students Only)
This 90-minute group will examine how early life experiences shape current relational patterns. The group provides a supportive space for students to reflect on unresolved developmental issues and how these impact emotional functioning and interpersonal relationships. Through shared dialogue and feedback, individuals work toward greater self-understanding and relational growth.

Think, Feel, Act: Skills for Change
This 60-minute group will focus on understanding depression, coping skills, protective factors, behavioral activation, academic and practical skills, building a healthy lifestyle, and maintaining progress.

Growing Through Connections
This 90-minute group will help to enhance relationships and communication skills by exploring interpersonal dynamics in a supportive, student-centered environment. Through guided group interactions, the student receives valuable feedback, gains a deeper insight into relational patterns, and develops practical skills to build stronger, more meaningful connections with others.

Dance with Anxiety
This 60-minute group helps students understand and shift their relationship with anxiety from avoiding or resisting it, to acceptance, curiosity, and co-operation.
