Participants will learn about the causes and impacts of perfectionism as well as some tools and strategies to overcome perfectionistic tendencies.

This 60-minute group helps students improve sleep through practical strategies, relaxation techniques, and creating a sleep-friendly environment, even in dorms. This group is ideal for students struggling with falling asleep, staying asleep, irregular schedules, or racing thoughts, and provides tools to rest, reset, and recharge.
