This 90-minute therapeutic group combines the calming benefits of crocheting with supportive conversation to help students manage anxiety and build community. Participants will learn basic crochet techniques, practice mindfulness through repetitive stitching, and reflect on how creative hobbies can reduce stress. The group is open to beginners and experienced crocheters alike, with optional special projects for those interested in using their skills to give back. All materials provided.

schedule/routine, organizing, prioritizing, staying on task, and following through with tasks or projects. Join this Virtual Circle for tips, hacks, and strategies you can use in college and throughout your life.
This drop-in support group does not require an initial consultation appt.
