This 90-minute group focuses on emotional expression through art therapy. Participants do not need to have art skills or previous experience with art.

This 60-minute workshop offers 5 different sessions providing participants with new tools to approach anxiety and depression. The sessions include psychoeducation on mental health and well-being.

Good Mourning
This 90-minute group is for students who have experienced the pain of losing someone close to them. This group will help participants connect with their emotions and gain insights into their unique grieving process through psychoeducation and therapeutic interventions in a safe, compassionate and supporting setting. This group will also help participants find healthy ways of honoring and incorporating their loss into their lives. This group offers six topics. Group is closed for the rest of semester.

Habits for Life: Building Organization/Time Management
This 60-minute virtual group is for students who would like to improve making or keeping a schedule/routine, organizing, prioritizing, staying on task, and following through with tasks or projects. Join this Virtual Circle for tips, hacks, and strategies you can use in college and throughout your life.
This drop-in support group does not require an initial appointment. # Sessions: on-going.
