This 90-minute group is a space to meet other students who are also adjusting to a new place, being away from home, and figuring out where they fit. Through real conversations and feedback, you can explore the challenges of adjusting to a new place, build meaningful connections, and practice new ways of relating to others.

Make & Take Coping Tools for Managing Stress
This 60-minute group offers a creative, hands-on approach to managing stress in a healthy, practical way. The students will get a chance to make their own coping tools while connecting with other students who are navigating similar experiences.

Pause & Proceed: An Anxiety Skills Group
A practical group for students who want new ways to handle anxiety, overthinking, and feeling overwhelmed. You’ll learn and practice tools to calm your body, step back from anxious thoughts, make room for difficult emotions, and keep moving toward what matters to you. Each week focuses on simple, usable strategies you can try in real life, even when anxiety shows up.

Shine Within
This 90-minute supportive group helps students strengthen self-esteem and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Students will learn practical strategies to challenge negative self-talk, recognize personal strengths, and build confidence through mindfulness and practical skills. The group will also explore healthy boundaries, self-care, and small steps toward feeling more capable and secure in everyday life.

This 90-minute group will help to enhance relationships and communication skills by exploring interpersonal dynamics in a supportive, student-centered environment. Through guided group interactions, the student receives valuable feedback, gains a deeper insight into relational patterns, and develops practical skills to build stronger, more meaningful connections with others.

Building Organization/Time Management This 60-minute group is for students who would like to improve making or keeping a schedule/routine, organizing, prioritizing, staying on task, and following through with tasks or projects. Join this Virtual Circle for tips, hacks, and strategies you can use in college and throughout your life. This drop-in support group does not require an initial consultation appt.
