The History of the Future: Terminator 2
Join ASU's Center for Science and the Imagination in partnership with Majestic Neighborhood Cinema in Tempe to view Outland on the silver screen. This screening is part of a greater film series: The History of the Future, exploring gripping, cinematic visions of the future across the past four decades.
Join us Wednesday, Mar. 15 at 7 p.m. for a screening of Terminator 2, the thrilling second installment of the Terminator franchise where Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton) and her son must team up with one of the machines to save the future.
The film will be introduced by Dr. Aviva Dove-Viebahn, an Assistant Professor of Film and Media Studies at ASU who holds a PhD in Visual and Cultural Studies and is an award winning screen writer. Dr. Dove-Viebahn has studied Terminator 2 and its deep cultural impacts as a cult classic film.
Make sure to arrive early to take advantage of Majestic Theaters' dining experience!
