Relationships are the foundation of happiness and well-being. Whether it’s platonic, with family and friends, or romantic, fostering healthy relationships is essential for fulfillment. But what exactly makes a relationship healthy? Here are 5 key ideas to help build and maintain strong, supportive connections.

1. Communication
