Coping with COVID-19 Crisis

This is a free virtual event that will engage both the students and the alumni, help build relationships and will cover an important topic: “Coping with the COVID crisis”. Our guest speaker is Dr. Bozorgzadeh from Chicago, Illinois who is a clinical psychologist and a renowned lecturer. She is the president of Sufi Psychology Association and the founder of Caring4ourcaregivers initiative. She will discuss coping techniques and provide resources, as well as share some helpful insight into dealing with the stress and anxiety that is associated with the pandemic, particularly for students and our alumni.
