Coffee at Kerr: Frankenstein; co-presented with Arizona Opera
Embracing Mary Shelley’s original text, "Frankenstein" gives poignant voice to the Creature’s struggle and lays bare the horror of alienation and “otherness” with exquisite nuance. At the core of this heartbreaking tale lies an exquisitely wrought plea to look deeper within ourselves to find our commonality and to uphold our responsibility to one another.
This is an informative talk and mini-performance by Arizona Opera lecturers and studio artists. Coffee is served by Renegade Coffee Company starting at 9:30 a.m.; program begins at 10:30 a.m. and lasts about one hour.
