Understanding the exact problem and the specifics of that problem in data science are key from the who, what, when, where and why. Understanding the problem will guide in data collection or data selection to model selection. This presentation will discuss and increase your knowledge and skillset to identifying the problem in the data science project.
Data Science is an interdisciplinary field that uses the scientific method, processes, algorithms, and systems to extract valuable meaning and insights from data. Information covered will include the phases of data science and the various resources the Unit for Data Science and Analytics and the Hayden Library has to support your learning.

Join a diverse group of intergenerational, mulitprofessional, and multicommunal individuals every Friday at the ASU Community Services Building to collect, organize and prepare donations of shoes, clothing and toiletries for Project Humanities Service Saturdays, where donations will be distributed at the Human Services Campus in downtown Phoenix.
