The César E. Chávez Leadership Institute is a no-cost, one-week, residential summer leadership program at ASU for 60 high school students entering grades 11 and 12. This one-of-a-kind experience embraces community service, develops leadership skills and encourages civic engagement.

The program also fosters academic and personal success within a collaborative peer environment aimed at helping students develop critical thinking skills and leveraging these skills inside and outside the classroom.
