Reservation Information
Rates and Fees:
All Registered Student Organizations and Arizona State University departments are exempt from meeting room charges except when there is a registration fee, conference fee, admission charge, donation requested at the door or any other type of fee required from those participating in the event.
OR
If the targeted audience is not the ASU community or 60% or more of the event attendees are not affiliated with ASU or a P-12 educational institution visit which is sponsored by an ASU department. The following categories indicate the fee structure when applicable:
Category I: Events hosted by ASU Registered Student Organizations in which participation fees are collected or where current ASU faculty, staff, and/or students are not the primary audience
Category II: Events hosted by ASU University Departments in which participation fees are collected or where current ASU faculty, staff, and/or students are not the primary audience
Category III: Events hosted by non-ASU entities
Room Capacities
The majority of the meeting rooms in the University Center Building and Verde Dining Pavilion utilize "standard set up" unless other arrangements have been made with an Event and Meeting Services staff member.
Please note that we do adhere to the fire code regulations; therefore, requests for special set-up or for additional seating may not be approved. The following outlines maximum seating for standard set-ups.
