Reservation Information

Rates and Fees:

All Registered Student Organizations and Arizona State University departments are exempt from meeting room charges except when there is a registration fee, conference fee, admission charge, donation requested at the door or any other type of fee required from those participating in the event.

OR

If the targeted audience is not the ASU community or 50% or more of the event attendees are not affiliated with ASU or a P-12 educational institution visit which is sponsored by an ASU department. The following categories indicate the fee structure when applicable:

Category I: Events with attendance fees (see above) that are hosted by ASU Registered Student Organizations for ASU students, faculty and/or staff or events without fee not targeted at ASU audiences (as described above)
Category II: Events with attendance fees (see above) that are hosted by ASU Departments/Colleges for ASU students, faculty and/or staff or events without fee not targeted at ASU audiences (as described above)
Category III: For profit entities, private individuals and any other group type not listed above.

How do I make a reservation?

Student Organizations, On-Campus Groups or Organizations Other Than Student Organizations

Reserve rooms and spaces by picking up the request form at the Student Engagement or use the online form. Completed, approved forms are then turned in to the Scheduling office. Make a Reservation

Individuals or an Off-Campus Businesses, Schools or Organizations
